Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support to customers.
  • Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS).
  • Knowledge of auxiliary systems such as structured cabling, network switches, firewalls, and access control.
  • Experience working with vendors to select systems that meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in BMS and FDAS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
