Job Opportunity: Process Efficiency Expert

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Efficiency Expert. This is a pivotal role in driving structured improvement, building scalable processes, and elevating operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, optimizing, and documenting core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders. They will also establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.

  • Improve, Optimize and Standardize Processes
  • Develop and Maintain Operational Frameworks
  • Audit & Compliance Support
  • Support Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Support Change and Project Management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design)
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
