Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our inbound/outbound call handling team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in order to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Key Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written abilities
• Good customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing software
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision

Requirements


In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
• K-12 graduate or 2nd year college completed
• At least 6 months of experience in a credit card/banking services role (BPO or non-BPO)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
