Job Title: Operational Finance Assistant, CVMD

This role focuses on managing MDM ticket processing to ensure compliance with operational and legal standards in a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily tasks assigned by process leads.
  • Process MDM tickets/requests timely according to daily targets.
  • Ensure correct MDM creations, modifications, and clean-ups.
  • Execute processes in accordance with specified requirements and legal provisions.
  • Collaborate continuously with other organizational units.
  • Update, collect, sort, and archive documents generated during operations following team rules.
  • Carry out official orders related to tasks and position objectives.

About You:

  • You should be a graduate of Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field is required.
  • You must be able to work under time pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability is essential.
  • Highly focused, detail-oriented, with well-developed self-organizational skills are necessary.
  • Critical observation skills and ability to implement new solutions are expected.
  • You should be able to write and raise queries clearly and comprehensively.
  • Proficient communication skills in English are required.
  • You must be able to use tools, technology, and methods relevant to the field to improve service efficiency.
  • Globally recognized design methodologies and troubleshooting knowledge are beneficial.
  • Innovation and project management skills to enhance service quality and efficiency are desired.
  • Ability to share knowledge and experience to raise team competence is valuable.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including sorting/filtering data, conditional formatting, pivot tables/graphs, vertical search, data validation, consolidation, and grouping is necessary.
