Job Description

The General Accounting Associate will play a key role in supporting the daily and monthly financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting and documentation. This position is responsible for executing month-end closing activities, monitoring and ensuring timely completion of all month-end deliverables, preparing and reconciling bank transactions and related financial items, extracting data and generating internal and external reports as needed, maintaining organized and accurate financial records, including digital archiving, escalating unresolved or unclear matters to supervisors or relevant departments, and providing ad hoc support and participating in finance-related projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, taxation, and general accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or collaboratively.
