Accounting Manager



Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage general accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and identifying areas for cost reduction.
  • Oversee cash management procedures, ensuring adequate liquidity and minimizing risk.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of team goals.
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting systems and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing accounting teams, with a proven track record of success in financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Proficient in accounting software, including Excel, QuickBooks, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
