Job Description

Sports a professional with expertise in performance management, operational optimization, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. We are seeking an individual who can analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and evaluate key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results.
  • Analyze and address variances in service level agreements, key performance indicators, and operational metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure accurate performance reporting and communicate effectively with stakeholders to maximize the impact of both new and existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive improvements by leveraging performance metrics and aligning them with business and client-specific objectives.
  • Recommend process improvements to drive operational success and provide actionable insights to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure targets are achieved and costs are effectively managed.
  • Help design and oversee initiatives that improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and lead the integration of innovations like process automation and technology-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in performance management, operational optimization, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Sheets.
  • Proficient in database management of service level agreements, key performance indicators, and operational metrics.
  • Knowledge of commercial models, business profitability levers, and contractual language with an ability to translate operational implications.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear, professional presentations.
  • Fluency in English at C1 level.
