We are seeking a highly skilled Candidate to join our customer relations force as a Customer Success Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer success, or account management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted adviser to our clients, helping them maximize the value of our platform.
  • Engage customers in regular discussions about their subscription, goals, renewals, and testimonials.
  • Document all customer insights, feedback, and use cases.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell/referral opportunities and implement growth strategies.
  • Proactively manage risk accounts and mitigate potential issues.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients by becoming their go-to expert for Convene.
  • Engage customers in QBRs, goal-setting, contract renewal discussions, and testimonial collection.
  • Document customer insights, feedback, and use cases to inform future development.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand client relationships.
  • Manage risk accounts and implement mitigation activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates/entry-level candidates and those with at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • SaaS background preferred, but any IT experience is an asset.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
