Job Overview

  • Process quotations and sales orders within stipulated time frames, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Investigate and resolve claims related to shipment delays, defective items, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to address and resolve issues related to customer orders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related field is essential for this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is also required.
