Student Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Engagement Specialist. This role is responsible for building partnerships with colleges, universities, and vocational schools to encourage student participation in the RidenRoll driver platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish relationships with career advisors, student placement centers, and relevant departments at colleges, universities, and trade schools.
  • Present the RidenRoll opportunity as a flexible income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups to build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts.
  • Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, digital brochures, and campus boards, to promote the RidenRoll platform.
  • Regularly report progress and feedback to the outreach manager or director, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and driver onboarding teams to streamline the application process for student referrals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking with professionals and students.
  • Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage outreach targets independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working remotely and utilizing basic CRM or tracking tools.
  • A passion for education, economic mobility, and student success is an asset.
