Job Overview

We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional who can perform various administrative and logistical tasks efficiently and effectively to support the College Team members, consultants, and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to produce quality research and present the information in a comprehensive format.

The successful candidate will oversee and streamline communication between clients and various departments, coordinate workflows, manage data processes, and ensure that client needs and requests are met. They will handle individual student cases, as well as all college admissions-related tasks and requests made by clients.

Given the niche nature of our industry, candidates can expect thorough training, resources developed specifically for the role, and regular feedback from supervisors to help them grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: The successful candidate serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all communications.
  • Research: The candidate conducts high-level research under the consultant's directives and guidance to support client needs.
  • Data Management: The candidate collects, organizes, updates, and maintains comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services according to individual needs and requirements.
  • Administration and Logistics: The candidate coordinates and oversees daily office activities in collaboration with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Business Development: During the off-season, the candidate can expect to work on projects that contribute to the growth of the team and company overall.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with consultants, written emails and messages with clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and collaborative platforms.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
  • Experience engaging and dealing with diverse children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational or community settings.
  • Experience working successfully within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging the diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge of colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • Experience working during PST hours is preferred.
  • Experience working in education consulting is preferred.
