Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned paid advertising professional to lead our team in driving impactful campaigns and maximizing ROI.

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving high-performing paid campaigns and expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage large ad budgets to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Perform A/B testing on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modeling.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving high-performing paid campaigns.
  • Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
