Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize large-scale paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and manage ad spend effectively to minimize waste and ensure optimal performance.
  • Establish, track, and analyze conversion metrics for accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform A/B testing on paid ads to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric strategies that drive paid ad performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modeling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads.
  • Solid understanding of customer journey optimization strategies related to ads.
  • Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
