About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our growth marketing firm, you will be responsible for the performance, strategy, and execution of paid social campaigns across various platforms.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing paid social strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies that meet or exceed client goals
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategies and optimizations
  • Collaborate with creative, organic, and influencer/partnerships teams to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Provide exceptional client communication and support to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social advertising
  • Proven track record of success in direct response marketing, particularly in e-commerce, lead gen, and B2B
  • Expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok ads, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
  • Excellent Excel skills, with proficiency in advanced features such as pivot tables and data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Shopify
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms
