Global Technical Support Role

  • Deliver superior customer service via live calls, emails, and chats, resolving escalated technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain high-quality tickets, meeting monthly targets for review.
  • Support users of various educational products (administrators, instructors, teaching assistants, exam takers, and proctors) to ensure problem resolution, optimal system performance, and overall satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise in all assessment products and services.
  • Participate in regular meetings with support leaders to share valuable insights from customers.
  • Identify trends and collaborate with leadership and Tier 3 teams to address issues.
  • Share knowledge across the team through informal training and meetings.
  • Contribute to the creation of training modules with the Quality and Knowledge team.
  • Guide new Tier 2 team members during shadowing exercises.
  • Engage in project work during quieter periods to enhance team processes and knowledge.
  • Ensure efficient ticket transfer between Tier 1 and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Integrations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Tier 1 Support team by liaising between Support, Development, and Product teams.
  • Be available to receive live daily calls, emails, and chats to triage and action escalations.
