Remote Customer Support Representative

This is a remote position offering cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and help us elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide product information, quotations, and order status updates.
- Assist customers with technical queries, escalating complex issues where necessary.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Manage customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry (preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or glass industry).
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone and email manner.
- High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
