Job Overview

The Hiring Process Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from creation to on-boarding, ensuring smooth application processes for applicants and proper coordination of interviews.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer and document all aspects of the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants, vacancies, and recruitment timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to identify and secure qualified candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including HR, to ensure seamless integration of recruitment activities into overall business operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet also collaborate effectively as part of a team.
