Restaurant Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving store targets through effective management of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in carrying out community relations to support brand image
  • Conduct sales program evaluation to implement sales building plans and requirements
  • Empower in-store and out-of-store merchandising programs and plans
  • Ensure standard inventory turnover rate, completeness, sufficient levels, and storage quality
  • Identify key drivers affecting all shifts and work with concerned managers to develop strategies and initiatives to resolve issues over time
  • Maximize potential sales according to production plan, product mix, track sales, correct backlogs, and adjust as necessary
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance (AC, TC, dayparts) and provide recommendations to improve sales performance
  • Maintain stock-day level based on actual customer demand and make adjustments as needed
  • Monitor adherence to standards and execute during production planning
  • Identify causes of variances and take corrective actions
  • Plan for production workflow and systems covering anticipated sudden influxes of customers, appropriate manning mix, and crew positioning
  • Propose doable tactical sales maximization activities aligned with LSM and packaged marketing programs
  • Understand, integrate, and analyze all shifts' performance data, including historical and lead in the development of improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate training certification with the Crew Leader for team members
  • Document critical incidents of team members' performance appraisal with the agency
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with labor requirements such as scheduling and staffing
  • Recommend initiatives to motivate, sustain, and improve crew performance
  • Manage shopping cart and goods receipt processes as well as documentation of invoices/delivery receipts for supplier payment
  • Maintain official documents and reports from the store in proper places and restrict access to authorized roles
  • Verify store compliance with government regulations like permits and licenses
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to define Safety and Security Programs and conduct training
