AI Trainer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative AI Trainer – Audio to play a key role in training the large language models that power our AI-native games. In this position, you will fine-tune our models' audio performance with a particular emphasis on emotional intelligence, helping to deliver an immersive and engaging user experience within our fictional worlds.

Qualifications:
 Preferred Experience in One or More of the Following Areas:

• STEM

• Audio (e.g., production, audio engineering, sound design)

• Voice Acting

• Video Editing

• Video Content Creation
 Alternatively, candidates may demonstrate:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn

• A passion for gaming, particularly narrative-driven or role-playing games
 Desirable Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working with AI models, including RLHF, fine-tuning, evaluation, comparison, and data auditing

• Prior work with data analysis, data manipulation, and data reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate audio-based game content, including dialogues, scripts, and text-to-speech (TTS) outputs

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data to enhance the player's gaming experience

• Evaluate and annotate model responses in alignment with internal language and voice style guidelines to optimize audio interactions and overall user experience

• Collaborate with research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models and audio/video generation technologies

Work Setup:

• On-Site Arrangement

• Dayshift, 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Manila Time

• Can start immediately
