As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines
- Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and coaching to improve service delivery
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
">- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools
- Fluent in English (and Spanish)

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
