About the role

This full-time Customer Service Representative role at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through phone and email interactions. Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this position plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and responding to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email and other communication channels
  • Providing detailed information about the company's services, policies and procedures
  • Assisting customers with completing assessments and answering any questions they may have
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to management
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using various software and technology
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
