Lead Call Center Operations

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee call center operations on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the team for optimal performance in appointment-setting activities.
  • Deliver coaching, performance feedback, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor results and report on agreed-upon metrics.
  • Support escalated calls and provide subject-matter expertise.
  • Recommend strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership on aligning outcomes with sales and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in call center leadership.
  • Knowledge of the roofing or home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and call center software.
