Operations Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and oversee the day-to-day operations of our call center. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, with experience in call center operations, human resources, and financial management. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Manage call center staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting, ensuring that the call center operates within its means.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
