The Primer Group of Companies seeks a Sales Executive to lead our sales team in driving business growth and revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
  • Client Management: Foster open communication and understand specific client requirements through regular meetings and presentations.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals that showcase our products or services aligned with client needs.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals beneficial for both clients and the company.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track key sales metrics, analyze data, and report on progress towards targets to identify trends and adjust strategies.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide recommendations to address trends or results of sales reports and align with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of Marketing, Management, Business, or related courses.
  • Experience: 3 years in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Demonstrable experience in sales presentations and pitches, with willingness to work in Malate, Manila, on a daily basis and perform field work.
