Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our company's financial strategy, drive business growth, and ensure accurate financial reporting. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing cash flow strategies, leading forecasting and budgeting across the business, building scalable financial systems and operational workflows, and driving profit optimization across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize cash flow strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting across the business, aligning department budgets with growth targets.
  • Build scalable financial systems and operational workflows, documenting core finance processes by Month 3 and implementing streamlined systems for expense approvals, reimbursements, travel booking, and company card usage by Month 6.
  • Drive profit optimization across departments, delivering monthly EBITDA analysis to uncover cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:Key Skills:
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all financial data and reporting is accurate and reliable.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards to ensure full compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and implement scalable financial systems.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA strongly preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success building scalable finance systems and strategic reporting processes.
