Controller Role

Lead Finance Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Senior Controller to lead our finance team and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and the ability to develop and implement effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling strategies.

The Senior Controller will be responsible for overseeing month-end close processes, preparing and reviewing management reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, and develop process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 8 years of progressive experience in controllership, FP&A, and reporting. You must have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, as well as proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)

  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc. preferred)
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
