Lead Operations Manager

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Lead Operations Manager to oversee daily workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Department Workflow Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure completion of assigned tasks, maintain operational SOPs, and monitor project management tools.
  • Team Leadership Oversight: Supervise Leads team members, assign workloads, track attendance, lead onboarding, and conduct performance check-ins.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Social Media, Content, and Chat teams for timely task handoffs and campaign-related deliverables.
  • Administrative Oversight Reporting: Verify payroll data, maintain department calendars, trackers, and communication logs, and provide weekly operations updates.

Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation or digital marketing.
  • Previous experience managing a remote team, especially in digital or marketing settings.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and executive teams.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and campaign-based workflows is an asset.

Key Skills and Tools:

  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable internet and power backup.
  • Ability to work during EST business hours.
