
Strategic Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist

As a senior talent management professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to identify, attract, and retain top talent in the Asia-Pacific region. You will work closely with business functions and partners to design and deliver effective solutions for talent management programs, including culture initiatives, change management, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development.
Key responsibilities will include defining regional recruiting strategies, developing employer branding campaigns, implementing standards for determining staffing needs, and managing applicant information. You will also facilitate application of corporate tools and processes on performance management and talent review with people managers and within the HR community.
Furthermore, you will provide consultation with business functions' managers to understand challenges on talent and people development, translate organization and people plans into talent pipelines and forecast outcomes, and gather external competitive intelligence information in regard to talent management and people development.
Additionally, you will identify training and development requirements by conducting needs analysis, develop training programs, facilitate implementation of change management initiatives, and review current development programs to ensure adherence to company goals.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in a related field, minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an international/global environment, sound know-how in recruitment and staffing, and strong competence of communication and influence.
