You will have the opportunity to work on one or more back-end services for the Order Management Solutions service line, supporting countries, regions, or globally. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/targets assigned.

Job Overview

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

A bachelor's degree in any field is required, with a degree in logistics or management being an advantage. 0-3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the requirements of the station's documentation and execute jobs as per standard operating procedures.
  • Meet department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators as per agreed delivery guidelines.
  • Operate on the services according to shifts, countries, or regions aligned.
  • Deliver high-quality services through timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 0-3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain - Preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Effective English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good logical reasoning skills.
