We are seeking a seasoned and driven Business Development Professional with a background in software sales and real estate sales. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of experience in generating new business and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Qualify leads by engaging with prospects to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to pass along qualified leads and assist with follow-up communication.
  • Manage customer interactions effectively using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to refine techniques and improve results.
Essential Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (required).
  • Bachelor's Degree (required).
  • Background in software sales and real estate sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
  • A proactive approach with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
  • Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with phone systems for sales outreach and customer engagement.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
