Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales and collection objectives for assigned territories.
- Implement sales and marketing programs to ensure product grounding and market share.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate sales and marketing programs to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
- Lead, organize, and control Market Development Representatives (MDRs/field technicians).
- Maximize territory profitability by creating demand for all products, with emphasis on Biologicals and Premier products.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving sales and collection growth in assigned territories. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and marketing experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
