The role of NetSuite Developer and Administrator is pivotal in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of NetSuite ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities include system configuration, customization using SuiteScript, integration with other platforms, and providing technical support and training to users.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to optimize the platform for business processes and reporting needs.

Specific duties may include:

  • Designing and implementing customizations and enhancements to the NetSuite platform
  • Maintaining system integrity, including user roles, permissions, and workflows
  • Managing integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems
  • Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, saved searches, and KPIs
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system functionality and performance
  • Monitoring NetSuite releases and assessing impact on current processes and customizations
  • Ensuring data accuracy and supporting data migration efforts as needed
  • Providing end-user support and training for NetSuite-related processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in ERP implementation and system integration.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Developer
  • Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
  • Strong background in ERP implementation and system integration
  • SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, RESTlets, Web Services, SuiteTalk
  • Data migration and management using CSV imports and tools
  • Experience in NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, and Inventory
Certifications Required

NetSuite Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.

NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification is preferred but not required.
