Senior Business Specialist

The key to our organization's success lies in the ability of our Subject Matter Experts to empower staff, drive business outcomes, and strengthen relationships within the organization.
Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge, conducting training programs for teams, and establishing effective communication with clients and/or team members.
Additionally, this role involves delivering new hire onboarding, partnering with the quality and learning manager to identify skill and knowledge gaps, and working with the learning manager to prepare training content and improve management processes.
Successful candidates will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to think strategically, interpret data, and communicate effectively. Demonstrated leadership skills are also essential for driving improvements and resolving issues.
