Business Central Developer Position

This role is for an experienced Business Central developer to lead and manage implementations and customizations of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementations and customizations of Business Central.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop custom extensions using AL language and integrate with external systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and intelligent features within Business Central.
  • Develop and deploy AI models or integrate existing AI services into Business Central workflows.
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Business Central environments.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (including NAV).
  • Strong command of AL language and experience developing custom extensions and modules.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML development, including integration of AI services into business applications.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and related development tools.
  • Solid understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, sales, service, and operations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, OData, and web services integration.
  • Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related technologies.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services, OpenAI APIs, or Copilot Studio. (preferred)
  • Background in data analytics or business intelligence. (preferred)
