Key Role in Sales Team Success

The role of a CRM Integration Specialist is crucial for supporting the sales team's growth and success. This dynamic position involves handling tech stack related tasks, overseeing our tech infrastructure, and collaborating with the director of sales operations to support the sales team's needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Sales Ops in onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales representatives
  • E nsure all new sales reps are set up correctly from a tech stack perspective before they go live to take first calls
  • Help implement and set up new technologies, systems, and processes
  • Develop and manage integrations using Zapier (in systems like Pipedrive, Active Campaign, Typeform, Oncehub etc)
  • Build automations and workflows in the CRM with the director of sales ops' instruction and oversight
  • Successfully complete the entire CRM configuration SOP for new accounts
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in building zaps in Zapier
  • Able to learn CRMs quickly
  • Skilled in creating automations to create more efficient workflows
