Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Automation Strategist to drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and lead generation. You'll be responsible for designing scalable systems, integrating tools like Apollo, and developing strategies that generate consistent pipeline.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. If you have experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or GTM roles and are proficient in CRM management, workflow automation, and data enrichment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth.
  • Partner with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies.
  • Manage and optimize platforms like Apollo for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
  • Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution.
  • Strong expertise with Apollo, rB2B, and other sales engagement platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM management.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and data enrichment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
