Senior Blockchain Developer

We're seeking a seasoned blockchain professional to lead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure. This is an exceptional opportunity to build novel governance and asset management mechanisms on Solana, while leveraging expertise in traditional finance and blockchain technology.

• As the technical lead for our on-chain multisig platform, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the future of on-chain asset management on Solana.

Design, implement, and deploy high-performance, production-grade smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, with a focus on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features like time locks, spending limits, and role-based permissions.

• Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable smart contract code that aligns with industry best practices.

Build and iterate on core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities that enable composability across the Solana ecosystem.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient on-chain solutions that meet business requirements.

Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams to translate real-world fund flows into on-chain execution logic. Ensure alignment between protocol behavior and user experience across the stack.

• Contribute to the development of comprehensive system designs that integrate on-chain and off-chain components seamlessly.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana with Rust.
• Proven experience in building and supporting production Solana programs that have handled sizable funds.
• Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
• Peer collaboration and code quality: Maintains a high standard for code quality, reliability, and peer review. Demonstrates strong communication skills, challenges ideas respectfully, and actively contributes to raising the technical bar across the team.

• Ethereum smart contract development (Solidity), ERC-4337 account abstraction standards, and cross-chain protocol design.

• Security mindset: Experience applying secure software development practices, threat modeling, and understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities.
