Developer Relations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team in the role of Developer Relations Engineer. This position combines expertise in blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, and developer community engagement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive innovation in the crypto and AI space. As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with the developer community, creating comprehensive technical documentation, and developing engaging presentations.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between us and the developer community, driving adoption of our platform through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Create high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code to support developers using our tools and APIs.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and webinars on our technology and its applications in the crypto and AI space.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to gather developer feedback and influence product roadmap.
  • Actively participate in blockchain and AI conferences, hackathons, and online forums to promote our technology and stay abreast of industry trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or a similar role within the blockchain or AI industry.
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, Solidity, and Rust.
  • Hands-on experience with the ai16z framework for building AI agents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in their application to the crypto space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and frameworks.
Prioritization

While prior experience contributing to open-source projects in the blockchain or AI domains would be beneficial, it is not required. However, knowledge of token economics and DeFi protocols could be advantageous in this role.
