We are a fast-paced, innovative company with an in-house design team seeking a seasoned web designer.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in web design and has a deep understanding of the latest design trends and principles. They should be able to turn complex ideas into creative solutions, working effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing websites and landing pages that align with our brand identity.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and copywriters, to develop a cohesive online presence.
  • Develop existing branding further while maintaining consistency across all platforms.
  • Apply creativity to help other departments achieve their goals through social media graphics and strategic design initiatives.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and products is crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a senior web designer, preferably in a design environment.
  • Deep understanding of design and website building software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Webflow.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of coding for web development (CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, etc).
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and Web3.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot integrations (form creation, etc).
  • Animation and 3D software such as Rive and Maxon C4D.
