Technical Operations Expert

This role involves managing and maintaining large-scale blockchain infrastructure to ensure high reliability, performance, and stability.

As a technical operations expert, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of complex Web3 systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving automation to enhance efficiency.

You will lead the deployment, testing, and optimization of blockchain networks, develop and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions, and implement automation solutions with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical operations or related roles, a strong Linux/Unix system administration background, and hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud environments.

They will also have proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript, and advanced use of monitoring tools like Grafana and DataDog for operational insights.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, and self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and adaptability to thrive in dynamic Web3 environments.
