Job Description:

  • Ensure contracts are clear, fair, and legally binding to protect employer interests.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations are fulfilled.
  • Resolve contract disputes promptly and effectively.
  • Control project costs to adhere to approved budgets.
  • Provide financial and contractual guidance to project teams.
  • Submit financial reports as required by ADB and government.
  • Perform other duties as required by the employer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, business, or related field.
  • Post-graduate degree in related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
  • At least 10 years' experience as Contract and/or Financial Management Specialist in feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, or construction supervision of road and/or bridge projects.
  • At least 7 years of experience handling projects financed by international organizations using FIDIC Contracts.
