Client Service Representative Job Description

This role serves as the frontline point of contact for clients who need assistance with payroll, system navigation, taxes, and other inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll and taxes.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

To be successful in this position, you will need to continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, and desktop support tools. This will enable you to effectively support our clients.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal means.
  • Flexibility in work environment, with options for working from home or in the office.
  • A willingness to learn and upskill regularly.
  • The ability to make informed decisions to resolve client inquiries.
