Job Description

The Key Account Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring overall client satisfaction, order processing, and workflow coordination.

This individual serves as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, representing the brand in a professional and positive manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring vendor portals for orders, invoicing, and shipping notices
  • Growing revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities
  • Supervising account teams assigned to each key client
  • Processing account orders, providing timely acknowledgements and resolving discrepancies
  • Problem-solving on discounts, damaged products, account debts, and customer inquiries
  • Reviewing aging accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities
  • Maintaining knowledge of changes and developments in B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries
  • Ensuring vendor compliance and coordinating shipping releases
  • Preparing account reports, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in key account management, specifically consignment or outright pay model
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Sheets, and Canva
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
