Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative growth strategist with deep expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth.

This role is critical to scaling performance across web and product experiences, directly impacting conversion rates on traffic volumes ranging from 10 million to 600 million+ visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the growth roadmap and testing strategy across website, product onboarding, and acquisition funnels.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement tests and validate results in production environments.
  • Utilize analytics platforms and statistical models to identify drop-offs and prioritize highest-impact opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to monitor experiment performance and business impact.
  • Partner with leadership to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Growth, CRO, or related roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms.
  • Experience running experiments at scale.
  • Ability to partner with developers and CS teams to execute experiments effectively.
