A key position in our Sustainability Department is available for a dedicated professional who will play a vital role in driving environmental responsibility and promoting a healthy workplace. As a Green Impact Specialist, you will be part of a team that develops and implements sustainable practices across various areas of the organization.

Job Description:
As a Green Impact Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on sustainability policies and procedures. You will also assist in identifying areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sustainability performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide coaching and advice to employees on sustainability-related matters
* Collaborate with the Sustainability team to identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement sustainable practices aligned with business objectives
* Conduct risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate potential risks
* Monitor and report on sustainability performance indicators

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably with specialization in Environmental/Sustainability/Engineering
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
