We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen and a proven track record in lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an appointment setter in the BPO industry, with a strong background in telesales and lead generation. They will be fluent in English with excellent comprehension and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective business customers, meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, following call scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness, providing exceptional customer service and handling objections or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting all call information accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system.
