About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Care Associate to join our team at Metacom. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients, anticipating their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm appointments with patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Listen actively to patients' concerns and respond accordingly, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain a high level of sensitivity when interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls daily, responding professionally to each interaction.

Requirements and Skills

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
