Business Development Representative

Are you passionate about identifying opportunities and driving growth in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building lasting relationships with customers across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive business growth
  • Qualify and pursue high-potential leads through outbound sales techniques
  • Provide virtual product demonstrations and assist with in-person meetings
  • Introduce qualified leads to our local partners and regional sales manager
  • Assist in organizing roadshows, partner events, and tradeshows
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM tools
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales
  • Passionate, competitive, and curious individual with a desire to continuously grow their skillset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong selling and relationship-building abilities
  • Persuasive, independent, and able to negotiate effectively
  • 1-2 years of professional working experience or post-secondary education
  • High level of curiosity and openness to coaching and feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing network in geospatial, surveying, mining, or construction industries
  • Passion for emerging technologies and innovative solutions
  • Tech savviness with outreach tools, CRM systems, and automation software
