About the Role

This role plays a vital part in driving sales initiatives as a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities include reviewing brands that start the sign-up process, welcoming new clients over the phone, and clarifying the value proposition. You will also need to understand client needs, manage expectations, and educate them on our product.

  • Qualify the most appropriate plan for the brand and ensure it is cost-effective.
  • Set expectations for best practices and what the brand needs to do to maximize tracking, content, promotion, and commission.
  • Maintain accurate records and set up communication flows using Salesforce Admin skills.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to internal business stakeholders on common objections and trends.

A Little Bit About You…

We are looking for someone with experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport with clients. You should have a results-oriented mindset, with the ability and experience to meet or exceed targets. Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is necessary to manage leads and track progress. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are required.

This is a remote role with a 3-month training period at our Manila office. The benefits package is competitive, and we offer a fully remote work arrangement.
