Clearance & Settlement Operations Manager

The Clearance and Settlement Operations team is responsible for the end-to-end processing of clearance and settlement activities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage trade matching, netting, settlement, exception handling, risk mitigation, physical processing, and operational controls.
  • Lead project management, workflow improvements, and operational risk reviews.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies using industry-standard Java Selenium frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of financial markets and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
